The cost of shipping is included in the purchase price. If you see the terminology 'free shipping' on the website or documentation, it indicates that there is no additional charge for shipping - i.e. that the purchase price is inclusive of the shipping cost.

All goods are shipped from New Delhi using DHL Express or another courier service of our choosing. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped. A physical/street address is required as deliveries cannot be made to a Postal Box. Detailed and accurate address and contact information must be supplied by you.

Should a shipment be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, and then shipped again, you will be liable for any additional shipping charges incurred in returning and/or re-shipping the goods. Should a shipment be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information and you request a refund or credit, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

All risk in and to the goods transfers to you as soon as they leave our premises. Doll Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.


Orders are processed once payment has been made in full and goods are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays as follows:


-- orders received Thursday-Sunday are shipped on Monday

-- orders received on Monday-Wednesday are shipped on Thursday


Once shipped, International orders are usually received by our customers within 5 to 7 working days, however customs processing or COVID related issues may cause delays beyond our control.


LOCAL TAXES AND DUTIES: You will be responsible for all customs duties and taxes of any kind in the country of destination, for example VAT, GST or import duties and for all quotas, permits, product restrictions and any other local requirements. All such charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country, and we therefore recommend that you check the requirements in your country and/or state before placing an order. Non-delivery by our courier company due to the receiver refusing to pay any charges levied does not constitute a return of the goods and does not qualify for a refund.
