SHIPPING & RETURNS

It is our desire that you are entirely happy with your purchases from Fliphead.com

If you receive a product that you are unhappy with and wish to return it, please follow the process and instructions below :–

  • Contact us by email at SALES@FLIPHEAD.COM within 7 days of receiving your order advising us of your decision to return and include
    • your order number;
    • whether you prefer a credit or a refund (a credit will be issued if a refund is not specifically requested).
  • An email will be sent to you advising of the return address and process. Note that return courier costs are your responsibility and a tracked courier service (such as DHL, or equivalent) is advised as the goods remain your responsibility and risk until received by us.
  • The goods must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original markings and tags attached and in original signature packaging, if any.
  • The goods must be received back by us within 30 days of your receiving your order.
  • We will evaluate the condition of the returned goods upon receipt and, if deemed suitable by us for return, will endeavour to issue a credit or refund (via your original payment method) within 48 hours thereof.
  • We do not refund shipping costs. The purchase price paid is inclusive of shipping costs, so therefore your refund will be less the actual shipping cost (which we will obtain from the courier). That is, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the goods are deemed unsuitable for return, you will be advised and will have the option of having them shipped back to you at your cost. 

Sale goods may not be returned.

Doll Fashion does not offer an exchange policy. You may effect an exchange by processing a return (as detailed above) and placing a new order.

If you have received a damaged product or have a product complaint, please email us at SALES@FLIPHEAD.COM with a photo of the defective product and your order number.
